What steps are followed?

1.  Fill in your mail/order on our web page . 

2.  You will be served with a contact form in which there are questions necessary for drafting of a comprehensive documentations.

3.  Advance payment  of the invoice is required.

4.  Once the advance payment is done a comprehensive documentation ready for signing is drafted and delivered to you by e-mail.

5.  The Licences on Business Undertaking are ensured.

6.  Administrative fees are paid by us.

7.  A proposal for registry in the Commercial Register is drafted and filed.

8.  A court  fee is paid by us.

9.  You will be delivered an extract from the Commercial Register as well as the originals of the Licence on Business Undertaking.

Establishing of a Limited Liability Company

Our Company ensures you a complete establishing of a new LLC from on request  from your home.

The price includes drafting of a comprehensive documentation ( both in English and Slovak), court fee for the registry in the Commercial Register.

There are not included administrative fees for issuing of the Licence on Business Undertaking: 

  • 5 EUR for one unqualified small trade
  • 15 EUR for one qualified or skill-requiring small trade

The content of our service:

1.  Company records are drafted

  • Memorandum  / Deed of Foundation
  • Declaration of the Administrator of Contribution
  • Declaration on word of honour of a single limited partner of the LLC
  • Specimen signature of  Company Secretaries
  • Full authority for Trade Licensing  Office
  • Comprehensive documentation for Trade Licensing  Office
  • Full authority for Commercial Register
  • Proposal for incorporation (entry in) in Commercial Register

2.  Licence on Business Undertaking is provided

  • small trades are registered
  • the licence is taken

3.  A Company is registered in the Commercial Register

  • A proposal for incorporation in Commercial Register (including all annexes) is filed
  • The court  fee is paid (by us)
  • The extract  from Commercial Register of a new LLC is gained                              

4.  You will be handed in the entire documentation of your newly established LLC
