What steps are followed?

1.  Fill in the form on our web page.

2.  You will be asked to privide us with some details necessary to draw up the whole documentation.

3.  An advance invoice is drawn.

4.  As soon as the payment is effected the entire documentation is got ready and sent to you to sign it.

5.  The change is registered in the Trade Licensing Office.

6.  A proposal for registry of a change is drafted and filed with the Commercial Register.

7.  Court fee is paid.

8.  You will be sent an extract from the Commercial Register with the changes made.

Change of Partner of a Limited Liability Company

Our prices already include both the court and the administrative fees.

This will be done for you:

1.  A Contract on Transfer of Business Share is drawn up. The transfer is possible to effect either for consideration or without it.

2.  The change is registered in the Trade Licensing Office.

3.  An administrative fee is paid.

4.  A proposal for registry in the Commercial Register is drafted and filed electronically.

5.  A court fee is paid.

6.  The original of the changed extract from the Commercial Register  is issued and this changed extract is sent to you.

7.  You are served with a Decision of the Trade Licensing Office on the Acceptation of the Change.
