What steps are followed?

1.  Fill in the form on our web page.

2.  You will be asked to provide us with the details necessary to draft the whole documentation.

3.  An advance invoice is drawn.

4.  Once this was paid the documentation is got ready and sent to you via e-mail to sign it.

5.  The change is announced at the Trade Licensing Office.

6.  A proposal for registry of changes is drafted and filed with the Commercial Register.

7.  Both the court and the administration fee is paid.

8.  An extract from both the Commercial and the Trade Register with the changes made is sent to you.

Change of the Registered Office of a Limited Liability Company

We ensure a change of registered office of your company.

3.  A notice of  change of  the registered office is sent to the Trade Licensing Office.

4.  An administration fee is paid.

5.  A proposal for registry in the Commercial Register (CR) is drawn up and filed.

6.  A court fee for the registration is paid.

7.  New extract from the CR is taken.

8.  A Decision on the Change Acceptation is issued by the Trade Licensing Office.

9.  You will be sent the extract both from the CR and the TR.
