What steps are followed?

1.  Fill in a form on our web page.

2.  You will be asked for details necessary for drafting of the documentation.

3.  An advance invoice is drawn.

4.  Once this was paid the documentation is prepared and sent to you via e-mail.

5.  Issuance or nullification of the certificate is ensured.

6.  A proposal for registration in the Commercial Register (CR) is drafted and filed.

7.  The court fee is paid.

8.  You will be sent current extract from the CR tohether with the changes made.

Extension or Narrowing of a Line of Business

Professionally, securely, confidentially. With our client it is communicated via e-mail, express mail or also personally on request.

Court fees for registration in the Commercial Register are included in the price.

Proposed price does not count on administrative fees for small trades:

  • 5 EUR for one unqualified small trade
  • 15 EUR for one qualified or skill-requiring small trade

The content of our service:

1.  Pertinent documentation is drafted.

2.  Additional certificates on business undertaking is asked for.

3.  An administrative fee is paid.

4.  A proposal for registration in the Commercial Register is drafted and filed.

5.  A court fee for registration is paid.

6.  Extract from the Commercial Register is taken. 

7.  You will be delivered new certificate as well as the extract from the Commercial Register.

Extension or narrowing of a line of business is possible to combine with other changes regarding the company, and so you economize on fees - it is only paid once in the Commercial Register.
