What steps are followed?

1.  Fill in the e-mail order.

2.  You will be asked for personal details necessary for drafting of a documentation.

3.  An advance invoice is drawn.

4.  Once the advance invoice is paid, the documentation is drafted and sent to you by e-mail to sign it.

5.  Proposal for registry of the conversion in the Commercial Register.

6.  Court fee is paid by us.

7.  You will be sent the extract from the Commercial Register with the changes made.

EUR Conversion

66 EUR as a court fee for the registration in the Commercial Registe is paid for conversion to EUR currency since January 1, 2010. This fee is regarded in our price.

We ensure the conversion of the sum of the authorised share capital and the contributions to EUR by rising of  share capital so that both the contributions of partners of the Limited Liability Company and the authorised share capital featured an integral number (the advantage: simplier exercising of rights of the partners, simple assignment of the commercial shares or their division).

The content of our service:

1. Drafting of the documentation of the conversion to EUR currency:

  • minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting / Decision of the Statutory Representatives on the conversion to EUR currency
  • full authority for the Commercial Register
  • drafting of a complete reading of a Deed of Foundation / Partnership Agreement
  • drafting of a proposal for the Commercial Register
  • the court fee is paid by us

2. Proposal for the Commercial Register is filed

3. The court fee is paid

4. Taking of delivery of the extract  from the Commercial Register

5. You will be served with the originals of the documents

The conversion to EUR currency is possible to combine with other changes in the company in order to save money for fees for Commercial Register (the fee is paid only once). Please, get in touch to calculate more changes.
