What steps are followed?

1.  Fill in the online form on our web page.

2.  You will be served with a contact form which contains questions necessaryu to draw up a documentation.

3.  Advance invoice payment is drawn.

4.  After the invoice is paid, the entire documentation is drawn up and sent via e-mail.

5.  A proposal for registry in the CR of the OU is filed.

6.  The court fee is paid by  us.

7.  You will be sent an extract from the CR confirming the establishment of the OU.

Organizatory Unit of a Slovak Person

Our company provides you with the whole procedure of an Organizatory Unit (OU)  from your office comfort.

The contents of this service encompasses:

1.  Consultation and a comparison between establishing of an Organizatory Unit and a Limited Liability Company.

2.  Drafting of a documentation for an OU to be established.

3.   Registration of an OU in the Commercial Register:

  • a proposal for registration of the OU in the Commercial Register (CR) is filed
  • the court fee is paid (by us)
  • the extract from the Commercial Register is obtained

4.  .Complete documentation of a newly established OU is handed over to you. By the first class mail you will be sent all the pertinent documents (original extract from the CR and foundation documents).
