What steps are followed?

1.  Your e-mail order on our web page.

2.  A phone conversation in English (you will be contacted on the number written in the mail-order).

3.  Payment of the deposite payment.

4.  Sending of  the full authorities, a contact form and requisition of all of the necessary documents from the parent company.

5.  Translation of the material that was sent to us in to Slovak.

6.  Establishing of the  Organizatory Unit on behalf of the parent company.

7.  Ensuring of the Licence on Business Undertaking .

8.  Entry of the Organizatory Unit in the Commercial Register.

9.  Sending of the documents of the newly established  Organizatory Unit (by  First-class mail is sent the extract from Commercial Register, Licence on Business Undertaking, as well as the foundation documents).

4.  Registration of Your Organizatory Unit in the Commercial Register

  • filing of a proposal for registration in the Commercial Register
  • the court  fee is paid by us
  • picking over of  the extract from the Commercial Register

5.  You will be given the entire documentation                                                                

  • by First-Class Mail you will be delivered all the documents (the originals of the Licence on Business Undertaking, the original extract  from Commercial Register, Documentation of Foundation)
